STLs and ETLs get bonuses for all sorts of things so this shouldn't be that much of a shock or surprise. Team members get nothing like that. Anyone else smell a union brewing?

STLs and ETLs get bonuses for all sorts of things so this shouldn't be that much of a shock or surprise. Team members get nothing like that. Anyone else smell a union brewing?

Exempt team members get an annual bonus of a small % of their total pay and only if the store meets certain criteria. In bad years they get nothing. I'm sorry, but it all sucks for everyone.
