Archived do team leads get insurance right away?

I'm just wondering when promoted to team lead do you instantly become eligible for insurance or do you have to wait the 1 year just as normal team members to become eligible?

Being hired as a team lead, or promoted to TL, counts as a life changing event (or some phrase like that), so you have something like 30 days to enroll in benefits. Team lead is considered full time, although still non exempt, so benefits are available from date of hire.
