Corporate Does Target truly care?

There was no question asked, only an exclamation made. In point of fact, there’s nothing wrong with answering a question with a question, the practice can be quite useful and enlightening in many cases.

It's a South Park reference. Randy says the n word on wheel of fortune and literally kisses Jesse Jackson's ass as an apology (this was a reference to how people go to Al Sharpton when they're racist). Stan comes back to Token (who's black) and says "My dad apologized" and Token replies with that

I agree though. "I'm doing damage control" maybe
Thanks for the explanation - I never watched South Park, so had no clue.

Haven't done the survey yet. Was the question about store leadership (some do at my store, but I don't think the new SD does except for how it reflects on them) or corporate leadership (yeah, right).
I think they asked it at different levels. I think there was one about immediate supervisors and then also higher but I don't remember if the higher was corporate or store leadership. I don't think it was specifically SD.

Well given that you respond by work center and I am a team of 1, I'll be putting neither agree or disagree like I do each year. And they say it is anonymous...not for the small

Select a different work center, how would they know?
The problem with that is let’s say you select fulfillment as your work center, when you answer questions about your leadership they think your talking about fulfillment leads not your actual leaders.

I never really had issues with hrly leaders I've worked with. I've always believed survey should be salaried personal. Who elevates them! Visitors who gives them a heads up about vists ans never have a conversation with the hrly members?
