I'm Lost! eHR maitinence?

Is anyone else having trouble getting into eHR and actually doing anything? When I log in it's fine but when I try to do something it says that the system is under maintenance.

Depending on what time you logged in, is the key. Like midnight, won't happen.

It's just because I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, this is my first time logging in from home. Is it always like this?

Under maintenance? No, sometimes they just perform routine maintenance on the site. The note on the site says it's scheduled to end in 30min.
