Archived ehr woes

Okay, so I was having password issues and had to reset twice. Now this screen comes up when I try to log in. I don't know what I should do. Should I have told someone at work about it or is there a number I can call to get past this error? Also, what does it mean?

Go to the store & reset your password on work bench or red phone in the breakroom. Site minder is not a spot site. Spot is target.

I was at the store when I changed my password the first time and that's what popped up when I tried to log in. Also, the black square is my team member number. It was doing this when I was at work, but I didn't have time to ask anyone about it.

Use the red phone in the breakroom. They will give a temp ow & go from there.

You might be locked out. Rather than calling for a password reset, when they give you the option press 2 to unlock your account. It does take 20 min before you can log back in.

You can call 701 from the store & reset your password too.
