Archived ETL benefits

Hey, does anyone know if the benefits differ between ETLs and TLs? I'm specifically wondering if there's anything better than the HRA available to salaried tms?

I believe the only difference is cost. Last year, my ETL and I were discussing benefits, and they were the same.

There really is no difference in benefits. I get more vacation time than my ETL who's only been with the company for about a year.
