I am excited and nervous. It was about two months ago I was told that I would prob be promoted soon. A day ago I was given an interview Date within the next month. I know the first interview is with 3 STLs, and its to see if I am ready to interview with the DTL, which I already have a date set for that following month depending on how the first interview goes. I'm nervous because I do not have a Degree, but working on it and just the interviews questions are like blah. Anyone been in this situation? Advice please on what to expect and do? I know that My DTL loves the way I work and run my dept, keeps on hinting about "my talent and the plans that he has for me" and I have great relationship with every STLs in our district but still nervous!!
