Archived ETL Salary Range (Ontario, Canada)

What's the starting salary range? What's about average? How much negotiating is involved?

40k in the USA. I am not sure on the other part.

Salary varies based on location. Where i am in the US, average is about 45-50k. I was offered a little more than that and there is a bit of wiggle room to negotiate, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't use US salaries to base judgment - salaries in Canada can be completely different based on the markets in which stores are located. In the US, salaries are based on prior experience, location, internship experience and whether or not you were a college recruit.

When I was offered they gave me more than other college recruits because I had two executive internships under my belt.

Try asking for more when you are offered, the worst they can do is tell you no.
