I have never wanted to quit a job so badly in my life.
After having a promotion dangled in front of my face I decided to change my availability because I basically have a F you attitude toward everyone, except fellow TMs, at my store.
Of course the availability was denied. :O
On top of other things going on, I just want to quit. A lot of my availability requests have been denied. I go to school and I think that my ETL HR is upset I put school first. (Of course, I've paid an exorbitant amount of money to go)
I've been thinking about transferring stores; however, I'm afraid that my situation won't change when switching stores.
Any advice would be appreciated

(P.S. I don't feel comfortable talking to my ETL HR about anything, pretty much at all)

My store wouldn't approve my school availability. I had an understanding with the HR tm to give me my days off. Seems real dumb. Get out of there op, if you can.

If you can transfer (they haven't hit you with any disciplinary actions), scope out other stores & talk to the TMs.
If there's one that looks promising, put in for a transfer.
If they deny it, it's time to put school first.

Talk to your to or etl about your school. Take an loa, if need be.

That seems crazy... Literally 70% of our staff are college kids. Not approving availability would screw us in the long run.
