F&B Folks: Help me understand what your biggest challenges are in

The biggest problem F&B has is how inaccurate FDC trucks are.

This isnt exactly a tech issue but it would be nice if items in the coolers or freezers go clearance earlier as its not like other areas where you can put it on random endcaps since it is temp sensitive. Tech wise maybe a way to be more hands free in the freezer or some type of solution that would allow for freezer gloves to be used better with devices. The screens can freeze and just keep clicking random spots on the screen or just be difficult to use and keep your hands warm.
