Welcome! FFTL is hands down the worst job at Target. Not only is the workload impossible and the deadlines worse, the stress levels are like spending every day being crushed in a wine press. Errors made by everyone else in the store that are beyond your control cause INFs that affect your metrics and your job. The mistakes are theirs and but the blame will be yours. The buck stops with the FFTL. I wouldn’t do that job again for anything on Earth. You have my sympathy. Good luck!

Its been a long time since I have been a FFTL and I thought it was one of the easier jobs I did. You need to manage the schedule and breaks more then any other workcenter, but I got my support was also top notch from my peers. I would always help support them too so it was an even try imo. Unrealistic INF goals can be a pain when the store is a mess for sure. I will say my favorite positions were consumables and inbound so maybe I just like torture.

Yeah I was never a remodel lead but I did many as a TM and it was the best job ive done at Target.
