Just over three years with the company. Started as a Seasonal Flow TM and quickly worked my way up to SrTL. But finally realized that my STL had no actual intentions of ever allowing me to interview for ETL..
So I spent six months searching and was finally offered a dream job, making more money, better benefits and most importantly: just a much more ethical company. Put my two weeks in and worked my last day the Sunday before Black Friday. It was incredible.
