Archived Find Truck Number?

My store has an issue where our counts for a highly-anticipated movie went up by the amount it should have, but we never actually got the product. Rather than just accept $6600 in shortage from one truck, we were finally able to get in touch with our distribution center and they are requesting the truck number so they can look it up.

Is there any way to look up a truck's number at a store level after acknowledging and pushing it almost a month ago?

From the recieving computer, log into store apps from the master login. Under one of the headings, there's an option to view dci. You can look it up from there.

AP also has tools to do this as well.
