TL;DR: Can changing a floor count result in a change in the on hand count?
This might be a basic myDay question, I've just never seen this before.
We had heavy snowfall a couple of days ago, and guests have come in looking for sleds. I'm pretty sure we were sold out of the few we had before the snow even came.
While helping a guest yesterday, I scanned the shelf label for one of the sleds, and myDay said three on the floor and eleven on hand.
There was nothing in the location. There was no delivery date. I think it said that the last sale date was in March.
I searched our Toys and Sports vehicles. I asked a TM and a TL who had worked the unload. I looked in bulk storage areas, too. Nothing.
After talking to the guest, I changed the floor count from three to zero.
I was still curious about this later in the day, so I brought the item up again.
Now the on hand was zero.
Could changing the floor count have resulted in a change in the on hand count so soon after?
Maybe I'm mistaken? Maybe I was looking at a different, but similar, sled?
