Does anyone have a store where they constantly have trouble with getting a pfresh team together?

Alot of women are at my store and they don't like the cold or going into the freeze (sans one or two of them).

yea at my store the team is always changing around, primarily because no one likes working with a bunch of ladies who gossip and complain
