Archived Going home early hurting attendance?

Why would going home early if you’re sick hurt attendance? Is it a matter of needing a doctors note later? And what if it’s for a pre-existing condition that HR already knows about? I don’t understand how that could be held against someone.

Spot is very petty because of the endless supply of replacement minows. It basically pegs you as unreliable similar to just calling out. Technically they can mark it as a callout if they wanted to. My petty etls do. Even with a drs note they can claim your needed accomodations cannot be worked around the stores needs.
