Did anyone else have their Max DCPI Batch Size for Grocery OPU’s increase from 25 to 30 today? In other words, our batches were mostly 30 DCPI’s and 40 Eaches instead of the previous 25/40.
My store is almost always above 99% on Batches Picked on Time and today we were in the Red. I suspect the change in Batch Sizes was caused a lot of people to miss their times.
I hope this was just a trial and not a permanent change. I don’t see any benefit to pick/pack/stow quality that was drilled into us by the latest Fulfillment in Action training coming from this change if it is made permanent.
