I've worked for Target for about 5 years and I've lurked this site a bit in the past. I've worked all over the store and every STL tells me they want to clone me (it stops being creepy after the 5th time or so.) Right now I am a pfresh PA.
Now, the reason I joined; where should I post to ask advice on a seemingly hopeless situation concerning terrible leadership and the possible stealing of hours from our department? I need advice and no one I can talk to is willing to listen.
