Hi everyone
i am new to Target. I have orientation Tuesday for a seasonal backroom dayside. Any tips or suggestions on how to make the position extend beyond seasonal?

Don't call in, don't no call no show and don't be a jerk. Normally we keep a few people after the season is over but at the same time I'm not sure we will keep more than what we were already short by. Hours usually take a dive after quarter 4 so even if you get to stay it might not be worth it for the 12 hours a week.
