Quit 1 & 1/2 weeks ago. I am in the northeast and I am planning to charge Target with Age Discrimination.
Team Leads & execs seem to be counted for. Team members are lowly little guys on the ladder for them to use to step on to get to top.

Probably shouldn't have quit if you were going to sue but I'm not the best judge being tangled up in one of those messes myself.
