I'm Lost! Help please!

Not sure what I the best way to handle this situation would be. I am a flow team member and I have never missed a day or been late, and I have even covered someone else's shift before. Today however, something went wrong and I ended up waking up 3 hours into when my shift would have started. How should I explain this to the Lod? Oh and I am seasonal, and this is my 5th week.

Just tell them you overslept and ask if they still need you to come in and work. If they need you, go to work.
