I was hired as a seasonal softlines team member. I've never been late, I done as I was told, I've worked my butt of and got told by many people including a manger that I was a good hard worker. I've been told by several team members and lods that I they were looking at me to keep on after seasonal. I was also told I might get trained to do pogs and adj and other areas. So I was wondering when I will know for sure and how it would work. my seasonal job ends around the mid end of January. A team member said I would get a letter. Is this true and when would I get it? And would I get a raise as I am only making minimum wage?

A TL or someone may talk to you (and present you with a letter from your ETL-HR) before your expected release date to let you know if you've been hired on. There is no raise for being hired on from seasonal, but you'll get a pro-rated raise when you have your first annual review.
