Archived Help ticket = Fail

I had one of those days...the kind where you are fairly certain you are part of a reality tv show and no one told you. Is it just me or do the people who answer our help tickets have the easiest job EVER???? It is very frustrating when I put in a ticket that states...I received a delivery from vendor number blah blah, the invoice lists PO number blah blah, however...... 9 days later they "answer" my ticket with this actual answer, "Thank you for submitting a help ticket, in order to further investigate this matter we will need the PO number" I put the PO number in the firs sentence. I have tickets that have been open for over a month and get "answers" that seem to indicate that the person answering hasn't even read the ticket.



This happening to anyone else? Please tell me its not just me......:girl_sigh:
