Hey guys! I've been with Target for over 5 years, but took an (extended) ELoA and just came back to work. I've been extended an interview for a pharmacy position in a week or so, and while (in my opinion) I killed my initial interview years ago, I missed all this new team bonding stuff... like what the heck is VIBE?? When I interviewed before I knew to emphasize the idea of a "team" and guests as opposed to customers and all that, but what is our focus now?
Basically I have no idea what we're all about now and was wondering if any of you had any insight on
A: what I've missed in the last 2 years that may be vital to this interview and
B: any general tips on this sort of internal hire type of interview (maybe even more specifically: tips for interviewing for the tech position)
