Hey all! After lurking for a while I finally decided to join, also because it is more active than the Target subreddit. Hardlines TM here. Two questions: first, I passed my 90 days in October but I'm still considered a seasonal TM, is that right or should I talk to HR? Second, I'm considering getting cross-trained in softlines, so I can get to know the whole floor and get more hours, would y'all recommend it? Thanks!
