I'm new to this forum but it seems really cool! 
I applied for a backroom (logistics) position last week. Got a call a few days later. Did my phone interview the next day, then I was able to do my interview yesterday. I got the job and I'm very excited to get started! Advice to anyone trying to get hired at Target, make sure you are available on Sundays since that seemed to really increase my chances at getting hired. My orientation is Tuesday July 7th and I can't wait to see what it's like to be a Target team member! I've heard doing backroom can be brutal at times, but I'm determined to succeed!
