Hey everyone!

I was recently offered a position as a seasonal Hardline sales floor team member. I'm excited to get started and am waiting to hear when my orientation will be. Can anyone give me an idea of what I should expect? My second interviewer gave me a brief description of what I would be doing but I'm still a bit fuzzy.

As a salesfloor team member, if you work opening shifts you'll spend time backing up at the lanes (cashiering), helping with projects, working pulls as they become available throughout the middle of the day, and closing TM's work pulls, backup cashier, and zone throughout the store (straightening items on shelves and putting things where they belong).
