I'm an ex senior TL and have been snooping on this forum for the last four years and find it ever so entertaining, even now being out of Spot for 2 months.
I was a Sr. for 4 years (hired out of college with a BA in Business Admin), half in HL and half in SL. I went from being a top performer to a bottom and was left with a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to Spot and how its stores are run. I am a testament to what a great boss can do and what a crappy boss can then un-do, as I went from an amazing STL (so amazing they honored her at a fall national meeting) to a horrible one and saw many ETLs come and go in between.
Anyway, I guess this is me advancing from snooping on this site to joining in, lol!
