Archived Hold Music Anytime Soon?

Do Target stores not have any hold music while guests are on hold? The repeated 3 beeps can make wait times seem longer than if there were music. This is an easy way to dissatisfy guests especially when there is heavy call volume. Could there be a change in the future to implement hold music into the Cisco IP phones? This would definitely improve guest experience in the pharmacy.

The three beeps is an improvement over the silence. Before the beeps, people would be on hold, hang up, and call back and yell at the operator for hanging up on them. I am certain they will not add hold music any time in the near future. But what the hell do I know.

we don't play music in the store or on the phones. A Guest will complain about the type of music they are listening to, cannot please everybody everytime. Distraction free shopping, lol.
