Hey guys, can any of you clarify the additional amounts that we are supposed to be getting paid this 4th quarter for working certain days. About 3 months ago my ETL-HR came to us and told us that we are supposedly getting an additional 50 cents added to our wage for working, what I understood, as the black out days, meaning the days that we can't submit requests for days off. He asked us if we could open up our availability for certain days which was no problem for me since I have an open availability. I don't remember exactly what he said since it was a while ago. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks!
