Whenever I get there, clock in and get my zebra and walkie, how do I know what specific task I’m supposed to do? I work in consumables so do I just go to consumables and look for familiar faces?

Look for TL. If no TL ,look for LOD. Depending on what time you start your shift, you could be pulling CAF’s , pushing CAF’s. Doing reshop and zoning.

Don't forget you have a walkie, you don't have to look you can just say 'This is ___ im on the floor, LOD what would you like me to start on?' At my store, all I say is 'this is HLN13 and I'm on the floor' and I'm told what to do. If no response, start pushing CAFS
