Lol damn. I like that article. None of our leaders have that. Honestly they all blame everyone for their problems at work and hate one another mostly it seems. They wash that mentality down the chain

I work with 3 ETLs on my team...one of them has zero of those traits. Zero.

I'd say my STL has many of the traits but not all; they don't back us up & they don't treat us as they want (or expect) to be treated.
