Stupid question but how do you answer a call with the wireless handset when the operator tells you to dial #### do you have to hit star first like you do with the red phones?

Call button, then hit the number 34, 35, or 36 on our system. Your Gstl should be able to tell how to do it too

If you have a system where you call #2280 on the red phone. Than, on a wireless phone, you just hit 2280 than talk button (no need to hit #).
