I’ve been at the store for 3 months and I’m wondering how can get my repacks done faster. I’m in home and decor and I had 24 repacks and one thee tier. I brought half at a time on a uboat and separated by ailes and took it out from box and plastics. My three tier is filled all the way after 9-12 boxes on average for top half of the store with bedding, bath and I come back so the second half of the store with health had and home improvement. Then I go back stock and grab the second half of repacks. It took me 3 and half hours to do all repacks. I’m thinking should me and my coworker break it down at the line and split into two uboats and do it together?

Honestly that doesn't seem like that unreasonable an amount of time to do repacks, does this include bedding repacks because those are fairly easy because they only fit so much. Either way id say keep doing what your doing and the speed will probably get faster with time as you develop your own strategy. Id say if you want to try it another way a few times then go for it, sometimes you end up doing something a little different and can implement some parts and make it easier on yourself. Id say just keep all the same repacks together and when you break apart do you just do one area at a time and less walking back and forth.

I push OTC and PC repacks now, but used to do the ones for domestics. @MrT offers good advice about trying different things to find what works for you.
As much as possible, try to keep like with like - keep window treatments all together and do as much of them at the same time as you can. Same for sheets, towels, decor, etc. That'll help you push faster and make your back stocking more efficient too.
Work clean and keep your u-boat organized. The less you're shuffling stuff around, picking up trash you've dropped, and back-tracking will all help you work quickly.
I like to say that I'm basically lazy - I'm a hard worker but I'm always looking for ways to help me do more without putting out more effort. I'm not the fastest, but I'm really, really efficient.
