Similar, but:

GM3 lead is also fulfillment/SFS (TL)
Starbucks has it's own lead (TL)

Specialty is an ETL and Service and Engagement is also ETL.

Style also has 2 TL's

How is your leadership brown down and what areas do they own?

My Store
2 Service and Engagement (GSTL)
1 SFS
1 Specialty Sales ( Style, Tech and Beauty)
GM1 ( unload, HBA, Pharmacy, Chem, Pets and Paper)
GM2 ( seasonal, toy, sport, luggage, auto, amplified gifting, checklanes and SSS)
GM3 ( small app, stat, office, domestics, bed, bath, home, hearth and hand, home improvement, plastic and furniture)
Consumables ( grocery, food Ave and Starbucks)

Who organizes and plans your transition?

1 Specialty Sales TL(Beauty and Tech)
4 Style TL
4 GM TL(the old Sr. TL has presentation and the TL over seasonal, Baby Hl, and stationary is in charge of presentation)
2 Food and Beverage TL
1 Food Service TL(TCafe and Starbucks)
4 Service and Engagement TL’s
2 Inbound TL’s
2 Closing TL’s

GM2 basically just hands out the labels

If that works for you guys. But someone has to walk the footages and such. It's not always just "Here are the strips."

Our pet's area moved around more than our GM2/transition lead thought. He handed me the strips and when I got back there, I was like .... uh, we've got an issue. It put us a day behind because no one walked them first.

We used to have a team lead that was in charge of both Starbucks and Market but both areas are now separate.
We have:

3 GM TL
2 Style TL
2 S&E TL
1 Starbucks TL
1 Market TL
