Do you have to have experience in Human Resources in order to be considered for this position. My background is mainly front end guest services and cashiering but was wondering if I should even bother applying for the position? And are stores open to hire internally?

Yes, apply!! I was hired internally and so were the previous tms in the position. It's an interesting job and it is a lot of work. It looks like we are just sitting at a computer but there are a lot of responsibilities and things to know and do. Overall I like it but I don't think it pays enough...but that is how we all feel at Target!! 😆
