So after an exhausting 4 week process of interviews with multiple people I just got the green light that I passed my ETL assessments with flying colors. This truly was mentally draining but majorly happy now.:victory:

....and when reality settles in, off you go - screaming into the night!
Congrats.

Congrats... biggest thing I've learned in my transition... being an ETL is cake compared to being a TL. The hours suck, but I honestly don't do much more, I'm just "required" to be there longer.

That's my biggest gripe, I can accomplish everything I need to and then some, be ready to head out after a 10 hour day, but it's "frowned upon" by my peers. Instead of goofing around and grabbing starbucks, I tend to talk with TMs, do a pull, or take over a register for a cashier to do reshop; folks seem to dig it.

I definitely believe that. It's great to move from TL to ETL finally. Only thing that sucks is moving right smack dab in the middle of fourth quarter.
