Target does have a pretty fast turn over rate. Though I'm only basing that on my own experience.

Target has been nice to me. I know ASANTS but I think target has treated me much better than my last occupations (I've done plenty that wasn't generic entry).

Not in my area; I've had folks coming thru from almost every region imaginable speaking Japanese, Farsi, Punjabi, Korean, German, Bantu, Spanish, Swedish, French, Czech & many dialects I couldn't even identify.
I love it.

Because it could always be worse. Spot isn't perfect but I try to remind myself its a job and not everyone out there has one . I have vacation hours and health insurance not everyone can say that .

Agreed. The vest %100 instantly is not found easily. The matching is pretty common but most of my employers it was five years to fully vest.
