I just put in my to 2 weeks March 9th and after my HR told me to submit my resignation through workday I couldn’t login into my time anymore.
I put in my two weeks and now it won’t let me login into mytime or workday?

I worked at Kroger briefly before Target.
When Target hired me they worked around my Kroger schedule.
When I gave Kroger my two weeks they said just leave now even though I was already scheduled.
I assume that is what Target did to you.
They just want to save payroll and probably won't have anyone to take those shifts regardless.
You are an at-will employee and can be fired or laid off at a moment's notice.
