What is the procedure for completing instocks task list? If you arrive at work and the overnite group inform you that they didn't finish the workload and you are told to not shoot certain areas - I get that. What about the RIGS in those areas? Getting all kinds of conflicting answers and we even called another store. That store said to complete the rigs - even if you are not shooting the store. It just seems like a waste of time to me if the push and truck are not complete to actually do anything with shooting rigs/research if its not all out there.

We shoot RIGs no matter what. They're the most important in the task lost now that everything is research everyday.

You just have to use your best judgement if the count has OHs. A lot of the time it's just 0.

Nope. The rigs no longer roll over. As for what to do if they don't finish an area, don't research there, but you do need to do the rigs. You'll notice quite a few are product that is on ad and with zero on-hands. The system is simply trying to ensure we get them rainchecked. Use common sense if the counts don't match up. If it says you have 12 OH, consider that 12 is a pretty common casepack so it's likely unpushed or not yet backstocked. Skip it and like researchr suggested, make sure you use capacity incorrect as the reason. If it says 3 and you know it comes in a box of 12, that's not due to flow processes, so treat is as usual.
