Long time team member and i'm applying for a DC internship(I work at a store currently). Anyways I have a phone interview coming up, could anyone tell me what to expect from the phone interview and other steps in the interview process?

couldn't tell you, assuming it follows the line of my interview it's going to be a bunch of interrogatives. Basically the "tell me about a time when....." questions. I got a bunch of technical questions that relate to my field of experience. Not much more than that.
