So I finally have my interview with district for my TL promotion this week and I'm really excited. I've done interviewed prep with almost all the ETl's in the store is there any last minute advice!?! I've also read a lot of forums about interview for TL positions. I also want to know I'm not on this next coming week schedule I just notices but ETL-hr is out till Friday is this in anticipation to my interview. Do they have that much confidence I'll be leaving the store that they didn't schedule me next week or am I getting my hopes up?

Have a good question to ask them at the end. Such as: "What was your Target Story"? (where did they start in the company, how long?)
