IRP

Ours has been gone for awhile but seeing if it was a pyramid wide end to access or building specific change.

Jump code allowed for TMs to track productivity.

That's unfortunate.. I would rather have people hit an expectation and stop than never make it to the expectation.

Any DCs still have access to the jump code IRP?
Wow I didn’t realize it was a company wide thing. Also IRT worked as well as IRP. I understand, but don’t like the reason they stopped, it’s one of those things where they want you to go above and beyond even though you work fast enough to meet the parameters. Like in cart air if you pull 300 cartons in an hour when the goal is 200 so you can relax and goof off the next hour. They will still wonder why you have too much of a scan gap and say something along the lines of “well you could have pulled 400 if you kept up the pace! God forbid you hit goal quick so you can take a breather lol

Your concept sounds nice but in reality it's a business and they're not paying anyone to take a breather. Also when you say "hit goal quick", are you working safe and on process? Watch those scan gaps!

I personally do try to work safe but an example would be if I happened to be in CA and get labels with a dense amount of cartons of the same product, like over 100 cartons of lets say…. Gatorade, random glass bottles of something or La Croix. That shit wears me out and sometimes I slow down after that. I’ve never personally been coached but I understand when ppl complain about getting lectured on their scan gaps when their numbers are already above expectation. They actually post our numbers twice a night on days that they feel like it. They used to have our names on the board but now they use our employee numbers. I’m sure ppl complained because they were embarrassed lol

using names is a big time privacy violation tbh. it could be used to stalk if they do first and last or first and last initial or really anything. that's why they got away from using names on prod or anything. i remember 20 years ago they used your first and last for EVERYTHING. So there's like this dividing line, all the real oldies from back then I refer too by first and last name and they me because it's just what we did back then. it's funny to me. Now I only know firsts.
but i think it's funny eg, employee of the month they plaster your pic and full name all over lol. they also use full names on eg the break rooms tv's anything like years of service, although i guess theres no pics involved you still can kinda tell who is who.

i remember years ago a karen style packer got snippy and marched to hr and demanded her name/number/anything be taken off the posted prod sheets. she imo rightfully said it was nobodies (but the OM I guess and now maybe LWW) business what her numbers where. and thats true. I am sure she got her way. HR always bows to a Karen. i kinda considered doing the same a few times. the thing is even if they use your employee number it's pretty easy over time to match numbers with people if anyone cares too. and some of these weirdos definitely do lol
