...for me to move on. I was with Spot for over four years and before I got sick I had hopes of advancing. I watched several TMs get promoted over me and they fell flat on their faces. I was on a medical LOA for a good chunk of last year and actually qualified for disability so when I came back I was only there a few hours per week.

I was genuinely unhappy there. Right now I don't *need* to work so I'm taking some time to work on me for once. I want to go back to school and I'll actually have the chance now that I don't have to worry about having to maintain certain availability for price accuracy. Also, with this E2E nonsense I think I got out at just the right time.
