Wow, I've seen people pissed off, but, I've never seen them so angry as to start smashing windows..

And let me guess she said something like "I never used the xbox, I just bought it, took it all out of the packaging, looked at it for 2 months, and then decided to return it!" (and they think we are dumb enough to believe it!)
