I left Target 10/31. I worked in photo for over 5 years in California (no bad reviews). I was getting paid $9.92 per hour. I believe I was NO5, but making change more than new cashiers. Anyways, as I'm prepping to do taxes I noticed on my last paycheck they put my pay rate at $10.25/hour (admittedly it took more than a week to get my paycheck despite giving proper notice so I wasn't thorough when I looked over my paperwork). First, should I contact the HR to see if this pay change should have been retroactive? Is it too late? Is it possible they would want me to pay back the difference? Any advice would be helpful.
