Finally found a new job much more in line with my career and financial goals. That said, Spot has been a pretty good employer keeping in mind it IS retail. I worked with some very diligent folks in the dayside backroom. I tended to read more than post, but this forum was a great help ... especially as my training wasn't as focused or complete as it should have been when I started far too many months ago. Thanks for the info ... and the variety of views.
