Does anyone have some insight as to what kinds of questions are asked during a LWW interview?

It's the star interview method.

Describe a time where you improved safety.
Improved on a process. Etc...

Might ask about a time you didn't agree with a manager and how did you handle it since it's a leadership position.

They Basically know if they want you and the interview is a formality.
If they want you and you stumbled through you still get it.
If they don't like you your not getting it no matter how you answer.

Only you know which one you are to them

A common question in our building is to ask how many attendance hits you have over the past year - and answer honestly, they already know. They also ask about any performance related interactions, and again, they have access to your records, so be truthful And also share how you’ve grown from them.
