Archived LOA return procedure?

Hi,
I’m on my first LOA right now and I was told that I need to call the store at some point to confirm that I’m coming back so they can start scheduling me again. Two questions: first, how far before my LOA ends do I need to call my store? And second, who do I ask to speak to when I call? Is it just the LOD or is it someone else?

You’ll need to talk to HR, most likely the ETL HR if you have one. They have the most direct control of the scheduling process and handle pretty much all LOA paperwork and the start/return coordination.
