HROC is not for leaves. You can call 1-800-828-5850 and they can tell you what you are eligible for. Depending on your eligibility, a mental health leave is no different than a medical one. If your Dr seems it necessary, then it should be approved. This is a 3rd party, and Target has no say in whether or not it is approved.
